Summertime Bucket List...1

While it's cold & rainy today, we've had some pretty awesome summertime weather already in Seattle (who knew, right?). We are taking full advantage and crossing items off our Summertime Bucket List:

1. Pool parties with your cousins

First, a little singing-in-your-underwear to warm up the pool

Believe it or not, all three of them were doing 'cannon balls' in that little pool

2. Eating an entire watermelon by yourself...almost (he totally gets credit if taking one bite out of every piece counts)

3. Going to the zoo

Um...

 

This boy has a serious affinity for goats

 

 

Not sure about the touch tank...

 

4. Stealing Momma's phone and making yourself comfortable on the couch to watch videos of yourself when you think she's not looking. (it's a thing)

We are having a good summer thus far and looking forward to lots more in the coming months!

 

A special shout out to Isaac's uncles on this Father's Day. Thank you for loving my boy like you do. You each offer a part of yourself that will make Isaac into the man God has designed him to be.  To Isaac's birthdaddy...you aren't always in the forefront of our minds like birthmomma is, but you are just as important. I think of you in the oddest of momments...cutting our son's toenails or when he raises only one eyebrow in protest of something. Surely, he got that from you! We love you and pray that you too will be with us in Heaven as apart of our completed family.  You'll know us when you see us...our son will be tall like you!
