We have been so blessed by Isaac's preschool. His teachers treasure each child, meet them where they are at and most importantly truly love the Lord. I've joked often that every child should have a tour of duty in a black Baptist preschool: they'll make sure you know Jesus & love the noodles out of you, but they aren't going to take any of your nonsense! What perfect combination for a tribe of 3-5 year olds!
Isaac has been given love, structure, guidance and encouragement towards his absolute best. Because of that, he'll be joining a typical kindergarten in our local school district in the fall. He'll be the first child with an extra chromosome at his new school and if his new teachers are anything like the ones he has had for the last two years, I know he'll thrive.
This afternoon was his preschool graduation. Benedictions, balloons, song & dance and lots of celebration.

The grand performance of World's Greatest. (They've been practicing for months!)
And finally, his diploma...he shot out of his chair like a bullet to run and get what he worked so hard to get (then stopped for his own encore in the middle of the room...that's my boy!)
