Photo A Day Holiday Edition {Day 6-10}

...A continuation of our photo-a-day project through the holidays...

{Day 6: Christmas Art}

We have a couple of Christmas art projects in mind for gifts this year. Tonight we busted out the paints and worked on our first one. Isaac takes painting VERY seriously. There is a whole brush selection event that I am certain would make Picasso (or in this case Jackson Pollock) very proud.

{Day 7: Isaac's Girlfriend}

There is very little in this world that Isaac loves more than FROZEN. In fact, I had to put a once per month moratorium on watching the movie or he would watch it every. single. day.  Tonight at a work Christmas event there was photos with Santa and there was...insert a choir of angels from heaven...Elsa. Isaac ran straight to her and snuggled right up. If it was possible to have cartoon hearts shooting out of his eyeballs, tonight would have been the night. Looks like my future daughter-in-law will be royalty!

{Day 8: Go Pack Go!}
I raced home from work, picked up Isaac and a pizza. We ran the house, put on our Packer gear and snuggled down to watch the game. Sadly, Isaac missed the second half and the once in a lifetime Miracle in Motown...did you all see that?!  What a game!!

{Day 9: A Little Piece of China}

The little Christmas tree in the family room is affectionately called The China Tree. We decorate it with ornaments representing Isaac's home country and the Wise Men from Afar that loved Jesus so much they walked A LONG WAY to meet him. They must have really loved him! <3  We decorated the little tree tonight and when I posed my little boy in front of his tree, I snapped the photo RIGHT as the tree was falling on his little head (I have a feeling a little hand had something to do with it).

{Day 10: The Singing Christmas Tree}

We scored last minute tickets to The Singing Christmas Tree, which was super exciting...especially since I didn't know anything about it. I wisely gleaned there would probably be singing and possibly a tree. The full Broadway-style production, live animals and 'tree' of singing Christmas-peoples sealed the deal. Isaac did GREAT through the 2 & 1/2 hour show!
